Wallace y Gromit trabajan en su pueblo como Anti-pesto dedicados al control de las alimañas que acaban con las cosechas de vegetales. Todo va viento en popa hasta que un conejo, verdadero monstruo nocturno, empieza a atacar y devastar los sagrados huertos del pueblo, por lo que el concurso de verduras gigantes peligra. De este modo Lady Tottington, guapa heredera y anfitriona del concurso, decide contratar los servicios de Anti-pesto.
