I've used Wikipedia since 2004. My main interests are information technology and natural sciences, in particular physics and chemistry. Sometimes I meddle with historical, geographical, linguistic and social scientific issues, too.
Translated popup navigation tool
As a supplement to Lupin's popup navigation tool, which is available for users in all Wikipedia projects, I prepared a flexible file of text strings that may be translated in each country and may also be copied and edited for personal needs. The strings are now translated to a number of languages, including Spanish, and are activated by personal configuration like this one (i.e. mine).
For general information about the popup navigation tool and how to install it, see es:MediaWiki:Gadget-Navigation popups and en:WP:POPUP. To activate Spanish text, follow the instructions at en:Wikipedia:Tools/Navigation popups/Translation and include a link to the Spanish file es:MediaWiki:Gadget-popups-es.js. If you want your own personal file of strings, copy for example the Spanish file or the English file, and follow the same instructions.
