Treyarch es una compañía de desarrollo de videojuegos estadounidense fundada en 1996 por Peter Akerman y Doğan Köslü. (Nacido como Don Likeness)
En 2001 fue comprada por Activision. Se encuentra en Santa Monica, California. En 2005, Gray Matter Interactive cambió su nombre a Treyarch.
Como parte de la convencion del 2007, Leipzig Games, Activision anunció que Treyarch sería uno de los tres desarrolladores detrás de su primer título de James Bond, basada en Quantum of Solace. El juego fue lanzado el 31 de octubre 2008 en Europa y 4 de noviembre de 2008 en América. Beenox y Vicarious Visions crearian para PC y las versiones de mano respectivamente. Treyarch es también un importante promotor de la serie Call of Duty. Ellos han hecho Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty: World at War , Call of Duty: Black Ops y Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Tambien fueron los encargados de hacer el port de Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare creado por Infinity Ward, a la consola Wii, llamado Reflex Edition. Fue lanzado el 10 de noviembre del 2009.
