Descripción
English: In 2016, Russia illegally replaced the flag of Feodosia.
Українська: У 2016 році Росія законно замінила прапор Феодосії.
Русский: В 2016 году Россия законно заменила флаг Феодосии.

Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из трёх горизонтальных полос: синего (вверху, шириной 4/6 ширины полотнища), белого (шириной 1/6 ширины полотнища, выщербленной по верхнему краю) и красного цветов, в центре которого вверху — цветной государственный орёл Российской империи (образец „второго типа“ 1830-х годов), внизу — стоящая на красной полосе круглая зубчатая башня красного цвета, мурованная чёрным цветом, с закрытыми воротами и — над ними — крестообразным окном чёрного цвета; из-за башни от древка возникает на треть (до передней мачты) парусный корабль белого цвета с убранными парусами.
