El premio Primetime Emmy al mejor guión en una serie de comedia es un premio anual, parte de los premios Primetime Emmy, presentados por la Academia de Artes y Ciencias de la Televisión. Fue entregado por primera vez en 1955 como "Material cómico mejor escrito".
